This policy has been carefully crafted to outline the guidelines and procedures for processing refunds and replacements. By choosing to sell products through our platform, you graciously agree to adhere to the terms of this policy.

 

ResellUAE Standard Policy:

We highly recommend considering the adoption of our standard return and Exchange policy outlined for all our esteemed partner stores (Refund & Replacement Policy for Customers). Implementing this policy will have a cash-neutral impact on you, meaning no charges will be incurred for any replacements.

 

Product Listing:

To further enhance customer satisfaction, we kindly request that you ensure your product creatives accurately represent the features of your offerings. Additionally, kindly verify that the product SKU list (Variant, Color, and Size) matches the information on ResellUAE. Pricing your products reasonably will greatly contribute to setting realistic customer expectations.

 

Warehousing Service:

It's important to note that ResellUAE will not hold you legally liable for any losses, damages, or destruction of inventory during storage unless such loss results from willful misconduct or gross negligence.

 

Refund and Replacement:

Should you consider implementing a customized returns and refunds policy, please take note of the following costs:

 

Exchange for Non-faulty Products or After 3 Days of Delivery:

If you decide to initiate a product Exchange for non-faulty items or after the 3-day deadline, a replacement cost of 25 AED per replacement will be applicable.

 

Return:

While ResellUAE doesn't currently have a return policy, should a refund become necessary for any reason, the following costs will be applicable:

- Fulfillment and shipping cost of the initial order: 16 AED

- Cost of product pickup and refund: 11 AED

 

Please be advised that, in the case of a refund, the sale amount for that transaction will be reversed from your account.

 

Special Case Return:

In rare circumstances involving security risks, ResellUAE will initiate a refund for the customer. In such cases, ResellUAE will bear the cost of the refund, and the sale amount for that transaction will be reversed from your account. Any occurrences of these special cases will be communicated in your weekly payment invoice.
