Replacement Eligibility:

As a responsible company, Reselluae.com aims to ensure that the product reaches you in its original condition without any issues. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Timeframe:

Kindly request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery, as we are unable to process any replacement requests after this period.

Replacement Process:

Initiation:

To initiate a replacement, kindly share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe. In many cases, our team can guide you on resolving usage-related issues. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty:

OPTION A:

We will request you to ship the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product, along with its original packing (Original Product Box and All Accessories), to our warehouse at the following address:

ResellUAE.com, Warehouse # Industrial Area 11, Sharjah, UAE.

Upon receiving the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product, we will dispatch the replacement for you within 2 working days, free of charge.

OPTION B:

We will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Kindly pack the product (Original Product Box and All Accessories) for the courier to pick it up and provide you with the replacement.

Please note that we do not offer a replacement for "change of mind."

Refund:

Regrettably, we do not have a refund policy.
